Following the success of the first Ipex open day tour at Ipex 2014’s new London home – the ExCeL centre – potential exhibitors should register as soon as possible for the following three monthly tours to avoid disappointment. They will be taking place this year on Wednesday 15th February, Thursday 22nd March and Thursday 19th April at the Royal Docklands-based venue.
The tours offer exhibitors the chance to experience firsthand what the venue can offer ahead of Ipex 2014 and its inaugural outing in the capital. The tour will reveal the floor plan of the Ipex 2014 event, sponsorship opportunities, an overview of ExCeL and its role in the Olympic legacy, the booking process and much more. Exhibitors will also have the chance to tour the vast selection of conference suites and meeting rooms at the venue.
Trevor Crawford, the Ipex 2014 Event Director, comments, “Since the announcement that Ipex was relocating to London, the demand for tours at the venue – and indeed space reservations – has been overwhelming. The turnout for the first tour in January was fantastic. We received an enormous amount of positive feedback from the exhibitors on the day, especially regarding their allocated floor space. It’s a chance for people to see the boundless potential the ExCeL centre can bring to the Ipex experience and to exploit all the new avenues that come with it.”
For those attending, there is an array of food and drink being served and free entry to the event taking place at the venue – a great chance to see the ExCeL centre at work with shows in situ – giving exhibitors a clear picture of how the venue provides a first class service to both exhibitors and visitors.
