Spandex hosting open day to demo latest equipment including Epson SureColour SC30600

Spandex is hosting an open day on March 7th 2012 at its Bristol-based office to demo the latest equipment from Epson, SwissQprint, Durst and Keencut as well as Gerber’s new Omega 5.0 sign making software.

The brand new, cost effective Epson SureColour SC30600 inkjet printer will be premiered in the UK during the event. The recently announced 64” printer can produce everything including posters, signs, banners, vehicle wraps, etc. It offers the highest productivity in its class with 29.4m2/h in 720 x 720 dpi. Some of its eco-friendly features include UltraChrome GS2 inks which does not contain harmful compounds; low VOC levels; and ENERGY STAR qualification offering low power consumption.

Also on display will be SwissQprint’ s UV flatbed printer capable of producing spot colour, white and varnish with print speeds up to 134 m2/h and Durst’s Omega 1 fine art UV flatbed printer. In order to truly evaluate the equipment on display all visitors are invited to bring their own job files.

Additionally, digital and sign making material specialists will also be on hand to discuss specific needs and present the wide range of materials from ImagePerfect, Avery, 3M and Mactac.
