Fujifilm looks to augmented reality to heighten FESPA visitor experience

Fujifilm has looked to augmented reality (AR) to heighten the experience for visitors to its stand (K50) at FESPA.

As well as all the very latest product innovations, visitors to the Fujifilm stand will be able to see AR integrated with print in action.  In this AR presentation, after being splatted with paint splashes, the Uvijet logo comes to life and becomes a 3D image the the user can move and flip around the screen.

According to Kevin Jenner from Fujifilm, “AR turns a solitary experience into a social one by bringing people together to witness an event.  That is the buzz we wanted to create at FESPA.  Integrating AR into all types of display print and advertising is set to start a new print revolution.”
