As one of the leading producers of signage, graphics and decorated interiors in the UK, Octink delivers innovative display and branding solutions in a range of sectors including retail, leisure, property and construction.
“With DIBOND Digital from 3A Composites, we have chosen a high quality printing substrate, made in Germany, which has a lacquer system that is optimised especially for direct to substrate digital printing,” said Mike Freely, Managing Director of Octink.
Brad Candy, Operations Director continues: “The combination of enhanced ink adhesion and extreme flatness of the panel allows us to reproduce very fine structures and lines at an increased printing speed. On top of that DIBOND Digital is UV-resistant and can be used with temperatures up to 80°C which results in two remarkable advantages: first, our UV lamps don’t cause any distortion; and second, the material can be used outside being resistant to any temperature change.”
DIBOND Digital is widely specified for both internal and external signage, advertising campaigns, exhibitions and event marketing, photo mounting, hoardings or whenever there is the need for high quality imaging and long service life. This makes DIBOND Digital the right material to choose for Octink’s various fields of application. DIBOND Digital is free of any hazardous substances and fulfils the REACH and ROHS regulations.
DIBOND Digital will be supplied to Octink via long-standing UK distribution partner Antalis UK Limited. Damien Clarke, Key Account Manager at Antalis UK Ltd said: “We are delighted to be working in partnership with Octink to supply DIBOND Digital to support a wide variety of applications. Having worked with the company for some time we were confident that our strong product expertise and service will be able to support their growing pipeline of projects for major brands.”
