The new centre, due to be completed this August, is the culmination of a major development at the club which began with 3aaa pavilion and the Elite Performance Centre last year. As part of the major sponsorship deal, the new four-storey media centre will be known as the OKI Business and Media Centre.
Derbyshire Cricket Club has invested in the new centre as part of its plan to attract high profile players, bigger crowds and more media coverage. It has also helped it become one of the venues for the Women’s Cricket World Cup in 2017. For OKI it will be an opportunity to showcase the latest print and document management technology; as two floors of the centre are dedicated to office space, it will be able to establish a customer demonstration suite within the complex.
