Pixartprinting has recorded double-digit growth in turnover in each of the past five years. They had over 200,000 active clients last year, and hired 100 new staff in 2016, with a similar number planned for 2017.

These numbers bear out the success of Pixartprinting, a company that is constantly reinventing itself and continues to lead in the European market. Evolution is in Pixartprinting’s DNA, and an eventful year-end lies ahead with new strategic changes planned at the Venice-based web-to-print firm.

“Since 1 July this year, Paolo Roatta has held the position of Managing Director, supported by Plant Manager, Alessio Piazzetta. Both sit on the new board,” explained Alessandro Tenderini, Pixartprinting’s CEO. “With Alessio and Alessandro on board, I decided to step down from my previous responsibilities at Pixartprinting”.

With a background in the corporate world at multinationals such as Procter & Gamble and Bertelsmann, and as an entrepreneur at innovative tech start-ups, Paolo Roatta has worked in Brussels, London, New York, Rome and Milan, and holds an MBA from Harvard. His expertise ranges from publishing and entertainment to mobile technology and e-commerce. He also founded a mobile services company based on a distance-selling platform with millions of active users. These skills will allow the new Managing Director of Pixartprinting to continue the firm’s progress towards its ambitious international growth and development objectives.

“It is an honour to take the helm of a business of Pixartprinting’s calibre, which in combining Italian creativity with technological innovation has established itself as a major player, not just in Italy, but in Spain, Portugal and France too,” enthused Paolo Roatta, Managing Director at Pixartprinting. “My job will be to focus on internationalising the company, developing new products designed to meet demand from our customers in Europe and beyond.”
