JOB DESCRIPTION
Continued business expansion means Soyang Europe are currently looking to recruit a motivated and experienced service engineer to take full responsibility for maintaining the wide-format digital printers in our demonstration suite.
The successful applicant will also manage our demonstration suite, carry out printer demonstrations and produce a wide variety of samples to support sales staff. Field service provision at client sites will also be a requirement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Experience of maintaining and operating wide-format digital printers.
Demonstrations of print equipment for potential purchasers.
Demonstration Room Management.
Production of colour profiled print samples in support of a dynamic sales team.
Field Service Engineer making site visits to clients as required.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in printer maintenance and operation.
Excellent communication skills in person and by phone.
Suitable computer and networking skills.
Experience of relevant print related software would be beneficial.
PERSONALITY PROFILE:
Excellent communicator.
Excellent attention to detail.
Extremely organised.
Uses initiative.
Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team.
