Barbieri Electronic has been awarded the EDP Technical Committee Award 2012 for its SpectroPad.
SpectroPad is a new colour measuring device and contains several innovations which are unique. Thanks to WiFi data transmission and being battery powered this is the first portable device based on the well-known Barbieri quality. Its 6mm measuring aperture makes it the ideal device for large format- flatbed and industrial printing on most substrates. The integrated colour display interacts with the operator and gives immediate feedback about measurements. The new Barbieri “qb-technology” enables measurement condition M1 and additionally M0 as well as M2 according to ISO 13655-2009.
The SpectroPad is currently being shown at drupa on Barbieri’s stand (Hall 7; Booth A23)
