PaperlinX Limited has announced that Mr Harry Boon (Chairman and Non-Executive Director), Mrs Lyndsey Cattermole (Non-Executive Director) and Mr Anthony Clarke (Non-Executive Director) have resigned from the Company’s Board with effect from close of business 28th September 2012.
The Company expects to make further announcements about additional appointments to the Board prior to the effective date of the above resignations.
