Dscoop (Digital Solutions Cooperative), the cooperative of HP Graphic Arts customers in North America and Asia Pacific, has announced the launch of the organisation in the EMEA region. With a base of 2,500 HP Indigo customers in EMEA, Dscoop EMEA is looking to replicate the success of its counterparts around the world. Today, Dscoop is a worldwide community with 6,000 individual members and 132 Partners.

“The community of HP Indigo professionals has identified a gap in the market, and Dscoop EMEA is the ideal organisation to serve as the platform for knowledge sharing and networking,” said Peter van Teeseling, director of Dscoop EMEA. “The vibrant atmosphere during Dscoop events and year-round online are what make Dscoop unique.”

Dscoop is a member-driven, not-for-profit organisation in which the members themselves form the core value. Dscoop is funded by membership fees and through partnerships with third-party solutions providers.

Dscoop EMEA members will have access to tools that help build their business with the support of a strong digital printing community. The tools include online resources (forums, case studies, Webinars and support programmes) and the Dscoop EMEA Annual Conference, in which members meet face-to-face for extensive education and networking opportunities. EMEA members will also receive regular communications, including a printed newsletter and monthly email news, as well as participate in engaging online forums and monthly Webinars with high value content. To best serve its members, Dscoop EMEA is broken into seven working committees: membership, finance, marketing, newsletter, website, forums and conference.

Becoming a member of Dscoop EMEA offers HP Indigo print service providers the opportunity to save both time and money by connecting with peers and sharing successes. “In my opinion, being active in the vibrant community is what makes Dscoop successful,” said Erwin Koerts, chairman of Dscoop EMEA and technical director at Drukkerij Aeroprint.
