Textile-printing specialist MS Italy has appointed McLink as its exclusive agent for digital textile equipment sales in the UK and Ireland. Preston-based McLink will be responsible for sales of the full range of MS equipment, including the latest Kyocera-based MS-JP6 and MS-JPK wide-format printer series and the company’s range of fixing, finishing and coating machines.
McLink’s managing director, Keith McQueen, said he was ‘delighted with the appointment by MS, as its range of equipment was both comprehensive and offered customers a solution from entry level to full-production capability.’
McLink is already working with a number of UK companies as potential customers or potential customers for the high-speed MS-JPK printers, as well as for coat-and-print and sticky-belt devices. Close discussions are also taking place with a number of interested parties over MS’s textile-related ancillary equipment for pre- and post-treatment.
McLink also distributes the textile inks and coatings manufactured by Huntsman Textile Effects plus a large range of wide format equipment.
