PaperlinX, has been confirmed as one of the first companies to become a Canon Large Format Solutions Accredited Partner. The new accreditation was developed by Canon to recognise Partners who provide customers with market leading levels of advice, technical support and customer service. The Paperlinx accreditation applies to all three of its companies, Robert Horne Group, Howard Smith Paper Group and PaperCo.
To achieve the accreditation, companies must meet a set of stringent key performance criteria that mark them out as providing a best in class added value service to customers. The accreditation is audited annually offering customers assurance of the highest quality advice and support.
The award was presented to PaperlinX at its recent Discover Digital customer event by Josh Singer, Large Format Account Manager for Canon UK.
