D&K Europe will be demonstrating its Europa, Jupiter DS and Proteus Laminators at drupa.
Robin French, managing director of D&K Europe, comments, “At Drupa we will mostly be concentrating on demonstrating our range of fully automated thermal laminating machines. This core range has been developed for the printer and print finisher and we show that bringing a laminator in-house can give more control in meeting tight deadlines, give an edge over the competition and add the potential for additional profit. The Europa B2 laminator has exceeded worldwide sales of over 100 machines since its launch at IPEX 2010. Its compact footprint, high specification, build quality and modest price tag have all contributed to its success.
The Jupiter DS (one-side/two-side laminator) is based on the proven range of Jupiter B2 laminators which include the Jupiter 25 & 35 single-sided laminators. The Jupiter DS will be fitted with a D&K stacker to demonstrate improved productivity.
Proteus sales have also exceeded 100 units and will be featured with both a pre-loader and stacker – demonstrating pallet to pallet operation.
