Soyang Hardware is hosting an open house to showcase its range of finishing solutions to customers across various markets. Taking place on 14, 15 and 16 January, the event will be hosted at Soyang’s specialist facility in Altham near Accrington, where attendees can find out more about the sewing and welding equipment available from the company.

Highlights include live demonstrations of Solent Texsew Pro Conveyorline, a versatile sewing system ideal for applications such as banners, signs, flags, textiles and fabrics. Offering single or twin needle lockstitch sewing, users benefit from features such as quick-change guides for fast changeover in production and automatic start and end tacking.

Also on show will be the Miller Weldmaster T3 Extreme, a welder for producing the seams required for banner- and sign-makers. Designed with smaller businesses in mind, the compact hot wedge welding machine offers seam widths between 10 mm and 50mm and a welding cycle of up to 8m per minute.

Visitors can also view the Miller Weldmaster T300 Edge, a banner and sign welding machine that can finish a 4m x 6m banner in under one minute. The machine boasts a top welding speed of 30m per minute and seam widths ranging from 10mm to 50mm.

Ian Jenkins, Director of Solent Sewing & Welding Machines, will lead the demonstrations of these machines, with visitors also able to speak with him in more detail about each of the solutions.

On top of this, those who attend will have the opportunity to find out more about the wider range of hardware and materials, both finishing related and otherwise, available from Soyang.
