Antalis has launched The Review 2017 and is calling on the UK design and print community to enter the awards now and ‘Make Your Mark’.

Now in its 26th year, the Antalis Review Awards are designed to celebrate and reward those who have created exceptional work in the printed medium. Each year, the revered awards attract some of most talented designers and printers in the industry, competing to win one of a number of categories including Best Direct Mail, Best Recycled and, newly introduced last year, Best in Digital and Best in Litho Print.

Tying all categories together is the creative process of selecting the right paper to bring the printed piece to life. Entrants are invited to submit design pieces that have been printed on Antalis’ vast choice of paper stock between September 2016 and 4th July 2017, which is also the official closing date for entries.

Themed around the concept of ‘Make you Mark’, this year’s exclusive award event will take place on 21st September 2017 at the Flight Club, London; home to the UK’s social darts phenomenon. Promising to be bigger and better than ever before, guests can look to dabble in some darts before enjoying a night of networking and entertainment centred around celebrating the best in industry.

Ian Webb, marketing director at Antalis, comments: “The print design world has shifted dramatically in recent years. Amid the rise of digital print and constant innovation in paper, today’s discerning customer increasingly seeks more creativity than ever before. It is therefore fantastic to recognise and reward those printers and designers who continued to meet this demand, working in partnership to create truly innovative concepts which push the boundaries in print design. We’d encourage as many designers and print customers as possible to enter this year and get ready to truly ‘’Make Your Mark’”

The Review 2017 is now open for entries and the official closing date is 4th July 2017. Every piece of work entered will be judged by a panel of leading independent industry experts, with consideration paid to not only the design, but the use of the material, innovation and talent. All finalists will be invited to the awards event, appear in The Review book and online and receive a coveted Review award.
