The UK’s oldest sign maker and leading trade supplier to the sign and graphics industry, is opening its doors and holding one of the most highly-anticipated trade events of the year. The William Smith Group 1832 open day, which will be held on Wednesday 20th September, from 9:00 till 16:00 hours, welcomes trade professionals from the sign and graphics industry, to come and explore its Barnard Castle headquarters and find out more about what it does.
Following on from a hugely successful year, in which the company rebranded to the William Smith Group 1832, the event also signifies an exciting period of growth. Over the last 12 months, the Company has unveiled two new divisions, as well as opening its Inspiration Centre; a brand-new training facility offering courses and learning opportunities to customers.
The open day is the fourth The William Smith Group 1832 will host, and will allow customers and trade professionals to gain insight into its working operations, by meeting teams from key suppliers including, 3M, Avery Dennison, Arlon, Contra Vision, Cover Styl’ and VION. It will also provide further insight into two new divisions, Architextural™, specialising in décor and architectural films as well as solar and security films, and Smith, the trade sign and display brand. This should give customers a better understanding moving forward.
The event will also see live demonstrations by industry experts and seminars on potential products that could provide new revenue streams for clients.
