Mimaki’s UK and Irish distributor, Hybrid Services returns to the Print Show once again and will host the first public presentation of the new Mimaki JFX200-2513EX 8’ x 4’ flatbed LED UV printer.
Alongside a selection of cutting edge Mimaki flatbed and roll-to-roll printing and print and cut technology, the latest version of the sector-defining JFX will enjoy pride of place on Hybrid’s centrally located stand.
“The timing is perfect for us to present this important addition to our direct to substrate line-up,” says Brett Newman, Chief Operations Manager at Hybrid. “With the broader adoption of flatbed printers within the commercial printing sector, the Print Show offers us the ideal opportunity to introduce the new printer and we look forward to demonstrating its impressive speed and creative capabilities during the exhibition.”
“Mimaki’s JFX200 range has always offered print providers the perfect flatbed printing solution, hence its enduring popularity in the UK and Ireland” continues Newman. “With the launch of the JFX200-2513EX, Mimaki has made substantial speed improvements, as well as adding some highly useful functionality.”
Thanks to a new print head configuration, the JFX200-2513EX doubles output speeds when printing with white ink in all print modes and with the addition of a new draft mode, a 280% speed increase, resulting in a maximum speed of 35sq metres per hour. “Higher print speeds take the pressure off time-sensitive jobs and help our customers reduce lead times,” states Newman. “With the majority of existing JFX200 printers being commissioned with white ink, the new ‘EX’ model will deliver a powerful solution that will make a difference right at the heart of the graphics printing industry.”
Hybrid will also present Mimaki’s multi-award winning UCJV Series LED UV printer/cutters that offer a highly versatile solution for print professionals looking for a creative and productive edge. The Mimaki CJV150 wide format solvent printer/cutter will be on show, sporting its orange, white and light black inks that add both gamut and detail to a standard 4 or 6 colour inkset. Finally, visitors can see first-hand how the Mimaki UJF-MkII direct to object printers can produce profitable, creative and highly customisable prints onto almost any item, with samples ranging from bespoke, high value stationery and books to personalised electrical items and promotional gifts.
“The Hybrid stand will include the latest Mimaki printers that encompass wide ranging technology that’s geared to offering our customers a competitive edge,” concludes Newman. “Whether it’s through increased productivity, enhanced creativity or effortless operation, we’re looking forward to helping print businesses deliver revenue generating, high quality print.”
Hybrid Services can be found on stand E10 in Hall 9 at the NEC during the Print Show from 17-19 September 2019. For further details on Mimaki’s range of technology, visit www.hybridservices.co.uk.
