Commercial printers and signage companies needs for greater customisation capability, smaller lot size flexibility, and expanded materials versatility will be met and exceeded by the new innovative Ricoh Pro T7210, Ricoh’s first True UV flatbed printer.
The Pro T7210 offers both excellent image quality and high productivity. True sellable prints at 50sqm per hour (standard production CMYK mode) can be achieved or 100sqm per hour in high speed mode. The Pro T7210 is the ideal platform when printing onto a wide range of substrates requiring flexible ink with excellent adhesive properties. With Primer and Clear ink channels a complete print workflow can be achieved from print preparation to finishing in a single print pass. Coupled with a white channel the print possibilities are endless.

The printer uses Ricoh’s proprietary image processing technology, as well as 12 renowned robust Ricoh MH54 series industrial grayscale print heads that deliver outstanding jetting performance and reliability, optimised for Ricoh’s own UV ink, which has high adhesion properties for performance and low ink usage on a wide range of applications.
With a maximum print size of 2.1metres × 3.2metres, the Pro T7210 can print on one board or a variety of pre-cut panels up to 110mm thick. The Flatbed offers true flexibility with 8 individually controlled vacuum zones. This enables commercial printers and signage companies to print productively onto a variety of materials and sizes.
The Ricoh Pro T7210 will be available from September 2018 in the UK.
