In Berlin we will be showing an impressive line up of 3 our latest cutting machines with integrated feeding / scanning / roll handling solutions. The Premiumcut machines will have range of tools for cutting textiles, corrugated materials, packaging as well as routing.
All Bullmer’s cutting machines at Fespa will be equipped with the Scanner Tech solution, which instantly scans and recognises all of the graphics, during the advance of the cutting belt and feeding of the material.
EasyCut
This will be the launch of the single-ply cutter EasyCut. The cutter is robust, space-saving and delivers with its attractive price-to-performance ratio. Equipped with linear drives, the EasyCut provides great speed, accuracy and reliability. EasyCut will be running in combination with the Scanner Tech scanning beam and AWV Unwinding cradle, as a versatile solution for sportswear, furnishings, upholstery and other applications.
Industry 4.0 and Robotics
Bullmer will be introducing the latest Integration Platform I4.0, which visualizes the live performance data of the bullmer cutter during operation. All current performance data can be accessed anytime and anywhere. Different authorization levels ensure that different departments (Management, production manager, worker, etc.) are always provided exactly the data that is relevant to them.
In combination with our Integration Platform I4.0, bullmer can also offer integration with Robotics loading and unloading solutions.
