Papergraphics, the wide-format print specialist, has agreed an exclusive distribution partnership with CWT worktools to distribute its Flat Bed Applicator and Linear Cutter products to the UK, Holland and Belgium markets.
The new exclusive agreement, which is effective immediately, will see Papergraphics distribute CWT’s Flat Bed Applicator, which provides a professional solution for large format print laminating. The flat bed applicator, or work table, offers a semi-automated laminating process which reduces production time by up to 85 percent. With manual laminating work requiring intense physical effort, it also reduces operator injuries while cutting down waste as human error during handling or application is eliminated.
Capable of laminating soft or hard substrates up to 70mm or 2.7inches thick, the work table’s new innovative design merges glossy thin foil materials as well heavier sheets with ease. The worktable design benefits from no cross-going overhead beam, improving operator access. In addition, the unique design protected traversing system provides a very smooth travel of the roll assembly.
The table cover is made of hardened glass, which is unique for CWT laminators, with high quality LED-illumination now available on request. This provides many advantages for multi-layer applications, for example, where it helps to save both money and energy consumption.
Thanks to the modular design of the work table, it is also easy to transport and install. The units are delivered in compact packages that are 80 percent smaller compared to other solutions. This means print professionals can have the mounting table installed by Papergraphics in a confined space or areas where access may be restricted.

The distribution partnership will also provide Papergraphics with the exclusive delivery of CWT’s linear cutter capable of trimming media up to 17 foot (5.13 metres) in one single cut. It is suitable for a wide range of materials, including vinyl and fabrics, floor carpets, PVC and rubber.
