Barcelona-based converter Germark has signed today at Labelexpo Europe 2019 for an HP Indigo 6900 Digital Press to continue to drive innovation in the labelling market.
The new HP Indigo 6900 will replace an H0er56P Indigo 6800 Digital Press Germark acquired a five years ago. The move to the HP Indigo 6900 Digital Press will enable Germark to print any label, at any run-length in a simple, more productive and profitable way. The HP Indigo 6900 brings an extended colour gamut, including the ElectroInk Silver, Fluorescent Pink and invisible inks, and offers reduced production waste and energy efficiency.
“HP has always been known for developing revolutionary technology and this is why we see them as a great business partner”, said Iban Cid, Managing Director, Germark. “HP invests in innovation, including its HP PrintOS operating system, which helps us stand out from other players in our industry.”
With 60 years’ experience as manufacturer in the self-adhesive labelling market, Germark was the first company in Spain to install an HP Indigo press in 2006.
